Has a full-time local enforcement agency inspector;
Has been through rigorous environmental testing over the past 15 years including two Environmental Impact Reports (EIRs);
Has a federally-approved liner system, and its extensive drainage systems trap liquids inside the landfill keeping surrounding groundwater safe;
